Oregon Health & Science University and Legacy Health plan to join as 博彩网站 Health. This new system will expand quality care in Oregon and southwest Washington region by:

• Coordinating care across our hospitals and clinics
• Bringing you preventive, everyday and specialty care in one network
• Increasing your access to health care, clinical trials and innovations
• Reducing operating costs and investing the savings in services and technology
• Expanding education and training for health care professionals

State law says the Oregon Health Authority must approve the 博彩网站-Legacy plan. OHA’s Health Care Market Oversight program is reviewing the plan to make sure it meets state health care goals:

• Increased access
• Better care

Sept. 26, 2024: 博彩网站 notifies the state of Oregon that it plans to join with Legacy. 博彩网站 does this by filing a document called a “notice of material change transaction application.” The document is sent to the Oregon Health Authority, or OHA.

Oct. 4, 2024: OHA accepts the notice. OHA begins a 180-day review of the 博彩网站-Legacy plan. Additional information to original notice submitted Oct. 10

Nov. 6, 2024: OHA asks for more information from 博彩网站 and Legacy. The 180-day review is paused.

Nov. 21, 2024: 博彩网站 provides added information. Response to OHA request.

Dec. 4, 2024: OHA invites people to apply for a community review board. The board will review the 博彩网站-Legacy plan and recommend whether to approve it.

Jan. 22, 2025: OHA accepts the added information from 博彩网站 and Legacy. The 180-day review resumes.
