Join us for a free Gentle Yoga Class designed for individuals with rheumatologic conditions!
Starting on April, 18th, every Friday at 9:30 AM PT, this class helps improve flexibility, reduce stiffness, and promote well-being in a supportive environment.
Sponsored by Dr. Julianna Desmarais and led by Anna Moreno, a 500 RYT and 博彩网站 patient who has lived with arthritis, lupus, and other rheumatologic conditions for over a decade, these 50-minute sessions focus on slow, mindful movements, deep breathing, and relaxation. Whether you're new to yoga or experienced, this class is for all levels and abilities, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and safe.
Research shows gentle movement can reduce pain, enhance mobility, and support mental well-being—so why not give it a try? Plus, you’ll join a community of others who understand your journey and can offer support.
No special equipment is needed—just wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and a small blanket.
