Biography
Dr. Ey has 20 years of experience supporting the health and well-being of 博彩网站 faculty and trainees and is the founder and director of the 博彩网站 Wellness Consults for Leaders and Teams program that has provided support to over 300 leaders and teams since 2020. She is committed to promoting access to individual and team level psychological supports and guiding leaders in how to respond to acute and chronic stressful events impacting their teams. Her scholarship has ranged from investigating the development of optimism and coping in youth to promoting help-seeking in distressed medical residents and physicians. Dr. Ey also helped to develop and co-lead a highly utilized resident and faculty wellness program cited by ACGME. She has presented at national conferences and published on the building of accessible, high quality mental health services and wellness programming for the healthcare workforce.
