Tracy joined the library in 2016.  She provides leadership and support for the Library, directing finance, administration, technology, and public services operations in the Library.  She develops strategic vision for those areas, manages the Library's administrative and technology staff, and directs the Access Services department.  She coordinates and implements strategic and operational projects.  When time allows, she participates as a mentor in 博彩网站's Leader Mentoring Program and has previously served on 博彩网站's Labor Management Committee.
