Biography

I am a medical oncologist specializing in early-phase clinical trials and genitourinary (GU) oncology at the Knight Cancer Institute. As an Assistant Professor in the Division of Hematology & Medical Oncology, my clinical and research focus is on advancing novel therapeutics for patients with solid tumors.

I provide personalized cancer treatment plans that may include standard chemotherapies, targeted therapies, immunotherapy, and clinical trial options, with a focus on advancing innovative therapies for all patients. My research interests include investigating novel targeted therapies, antibody-drug conjugates, and immunotherapeutic strategies across solid tumors. I have contributed to peer-reviewed publications in these areas and actively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to bring cutting-edge treatments from bench to bedside.

I completed a hematology/oncology fellowship at Stanford University, where I specialized in experimental therapeutics and translational oncology. I am board-certified in medical oncology and have a strong background in clinical trial design, biomarker-driven drug development, and precision medicine approaches.

My approach to patient care emphasizes compassion, shared decision-making, and access to innovative treatments. I strive to empower patients with knowledge about their options, including clinical trials, so they can make informed choices that align with their goals and values.
