2025 Annual Space Survey

Survey Period:  March 31 – May 31, 2025
Note: Survey deadline may extend into early June depending on extenuating circumstances such as staffing shortages, research challenges, and other external factors.

Survey Coordinator and Training
Cole Engleson (engleson@ohsu.edu), Space Survey Coordinator and OASIS Web Central Administrator, will lead all training sessions. These will include live survey classes via Compass, on-demand tutorial recordings, and comprehensive documentation through OASIS Web Central.  All survey-related communications from Cole will be sent through Outlook.

Survey Process and Access
All survey viewing, editing, and submissions will be managed through OASIS Web Central (Archibus). To set up or update your OASIS access, please follow the link below:
