How does 博彩网站 comply with the ADA?
博彩网站 complies with the ADA civil rights law by creating an inclusive culture and accessible experiences for people with disabilities. Through the ADA Compliance program, 博彩网站’s ADA coordinator works with leaders to:
- Ensure 博彩网站 complies with ADA federal and state regulations and policies.
- Remove barriers for patients, students and employees with disabilities.
- Evaluate and improve access in physical, digital and service environments.
Report a disability access barrier
博彩网站 employees, students and visitors are encouraged to report digital or physical access barriers at 博彩网站 impacting people with disabilities.
Possible digital access barriers include but are not limited to:
- Missing or inaccurate captions on an 博彩网站 video
- Low color contrast on a mobile application managed by 博彩网站
- An 博彩网站 webpage without clear keyboard-only navigation
Possible physical barriers include but are not limited to:
- Missing a curb cut on a sidewalk at one of 博彩网站's locations
- An 博彩网站 doorway or hallway that is too narrow
- Missing or inaccurate Braille for tactile signs in an 博彩网站 building
The ADA coordinator for 博彩网站 reviews all disability barrier reports. Often, reports will be shared with the Digital Access Committee or Physical Access Committee at 博彩网站.
Physical Accessibility Committee
The Physical Accessibility Committee checks for physical barriers at 博彩网站 locations. Committee members advise leaders and work to ensure buildings and other physical spaces comply with the ADA. Members include ADA experts; 博彩网站 members with lived experience of disability; and staff from facilities, design and construction, campus planning and real estate, and campus access and commute services teams. Digital Accessibility Committee
The Digital Accessibility Committee addresses digital barriers for people with disabilities at 博彩网站. Committee members review technologies, including websites, mobile apps, social media and other digital solutions, and recommend ways to improve access. Members include ADA experts, 博彩网站 members with digital accessibility experience, and 博彩网站 staff who manage technology solutions at 博彩网站. Learn more:
Self-evaluation and transition plan
The ADA requires that public organizations like 博彩网站 evaluate their programs and create a transition plan to remove barriers for people with disabilities. In 2024, we began to re-evaluate our plan and recommend updates so we continue to provide the best possible access for everybody.

Report an ADA concern
ADA concerns (including complaints and grievances) can be submitted to 博彩网站 through its Integrity Helpline, either by phone or through an online form.

Although concerns can be reported at any time, it is recommended that a concern be submitted as soon as possible.
