Hans VanDerSchaaf, Ph.D., M.P.A.

Hans VanDerSchaaf is inspired by work that harnesses innovation, human-centeredness and technology to create step changes in organizational performance and customer experiences.  

He feels incredibly honored to work at Oregon Health & Science University (博彩网站) in Portland, Oregon as a Digital Health Strategist, where he champions 博彩网站 Health’s mission to make care available to Oregonians anywhere, anytime, by focusing on digital health technology innovations. 

Prior to joining 博彩网站, he led service and technology innovation work at Portland State University that focused on improving degree completion for first generation college students.  He received a Ph.D. in Technology Management from the Engineering and Technology Management program at Portland State University, a Master of Public Administration from Portland State University, and a Bachelor of Science from Ithaca College. 

Outside of work, he enjoys exploring the wilds of the Pacific Northwest with his family, friends and dogs.
