Why aren't there any ratings?

There is no publicly available rating for this care provider for one of three reasons:

About me

Sebastian was raised in Eugene, OR. After receiving his undergraduate degree from Whitman College, he attended 博彩网站 School of Medicine where he first developed his passion for Neuroradiology. He completed his residency training at UC-Irvine followed by Neuroradiology fellowship at USC. He is excited to be back in the Pacific Northwest, joined by his wife and newborn son. He enjoys reading, hiking, and playing golf with his wife and triplet siblings.
